Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation)
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in EPC, Industrial Building Use Project
- Preferably Supervisor/Specialist specializing in QS Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation
- More preferable which will give advantage for the additional scope
- Familiar with Indonesia and International code
- Contract position(s) available.
- Wiling to work at Karawang
- Job Responsibilities :To estimate budget based on design provided by architects and engineer
- Assist and supervise QS Consultant Works
- Provide Tender Document & Post Tender Estimation
- Design calculation basis for concrete and steel
- Design of structure (Static & Dynamic)
- Prepare the cost estimation for budgeting purpose
- Prepare all the documents for bidding process
- Technical enquiry – Scope of work for engineering consultant
- Technical enquiry – Scope of work for Building contractor
- Prepare the Technical Building Evaluation
