Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Education: Associate Degree (D3) in any major (preferably engineering)
Age: 25 Years
Gender: Female / Male
Minimum Skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, S-Curve, Gantt Chart
Minimum Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in similar work
Fluent in writing and speaking English
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) / Site Manager (SM) and related departments to create Detailed Schedules and S-Curves.
Coordinate with customers for weighting in the S-Curve.
Prepare Project Progress Reports (Weekly & Monthly).
Prepare Progress & Completion Reports (BAST) on site.
Submit Reports for customer signatures as a basis for Billing Progress Work.
Organize and manage related documents.
