Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled React Native Front-End Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. You will be responsible for building and maintaining applications for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile platforms and stays updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using React Native
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate designs, wireframes, and mockups into high-quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver a cohesive user experience
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and suggest improvements
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in mobile development
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Extensive experience with React Native development
- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
