Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related major (IPK Minimum 2.75)
- Having at least one year of working experience in related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Preferably having experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Excellent in Microsoft Office & simple design tools (Canva)
- Energetic & Fast learner
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
Job Description
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Do the end-to-end candidate hiring processes (sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees)
- Create candidate’s overview to share with hiring managers
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Build networking & manage relationships with targeted schools and colleges
- Responsible for employer branding content & activities.
