About the role
As a Recruitment Specialist at PT ORI POLYTEC COMPOSITES’, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the company’s talent acquisition strategy. In this full-time role, you will be based in West Java (Cikarang) and play a key role in ensuring the organisation has access to the best talent to support its growth objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Develop recruitment channel strategy from job portals, job fair, collaboration with university
Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process
Develop assessment tools (potential & competency)
Conducting assessment center
Responsible Man Power Planning by analyzing hiring needs & turnover rates
Experienced in recruiting for strategic-level positions such as Supervisors and Managers
Support employer branding initiatives
What we’re looking for
Having worked as a headhunter or in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
We value team members who are self-driven, independent, and results-oriented.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
