About the role
As a Recruitment Specialist at ION Network, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s talent acquisition strategy. Based in Tasikmalaya, West Java, this full-time position will see you partnering with various business units to identify, attract and onboard top-tier candidates who will drive the company’s continued success.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for a range of positions across the organisation
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and long-term business needs
Maintain a robust talent pipeline and proactively engage with potential candidates
Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Analyse recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
Provide recruitment training and guidance to HR and hiring managers as needed
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing and screening techniques
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
Proficient in using recruitment-related tools and technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
