About the team: (Merchant Engagement)This role sits within the Merchant Operational team in Food West Java. It is an established team responsible forleading engagement activity for Merchant partners across West Java. Handled front end process for Food and MartMerchant in the ecosystem.
About the Assignment: (Job desc)Handled front end process in the Merchant Operations ecosystem, to engage Food and Mart merchants. Responsiblefor the New Merchant incubation process to ensure the performance of the new merchant joiner.
Engage the long tailmerchant to push the suitable campaign for the merchant. Create engagement activity offline and online to activatethe merchant community. The Core Objectives: (Day to day BAU)1.
