Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Qualification :

  • Background Education : Bachelor Degree in any major field
  • Preferably with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in FMCG indutsry (mandatory)
  • handling corporate/B2B sales with proven sales track records
  • Ability to strive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail in composing, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Has a wide/strong B2B business network



Job Descprition :

  • Develop, build and manage the corporate sales channel which includes bulk volume or wholesale selling and key accounts management to meet revenue targets
  • Prepare sales pitches and materials for business presentations and proposals leading to sales closure
  • Take the lead to execute the sales &amp marketing strategy of the corporate sales channel to achieve or exceed the sales target
  • Prospect new customers through cold calling, sales calls, direct mailers, networking, following up on leads generated
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders from Merchandising, Retail Operations and Marketing teams etc. to develop effective corporate sales initiatives
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and receivables based on agreed payment terms
  • Uses data to analyze sales results and develop plans to drive better sales performance and initiative
