About the role
As a Sales Engineer at PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth within the sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring seamless implementation of the company’s solutions. What you’ll be doing
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, from pre-sales to post-implementation
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads, and proposing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Conducting product demonstrations and trainings to educate customers on the features and benefits of the company’s offerings
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and project progress
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand solutions for customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking to identify and resolve customer pain points
- Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
