PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting a plastic bag manufacturing company in seeking a Sales Executive, with placements available in West Java or Denpasar, Bali.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Willing to travel for business trips.
Willing to be placed at West Java or Denpasar (Bali)
Familiar with working under target-based systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong managerial and leadership abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers (Retail & Distributors).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
Effectively handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports to the management.
Monitor and coordinate product deliveries to customers.
