Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for meeting sales targets, driving revenue growth, and executing marketing strategies. Ensures customer satisfaction and brand image enhancement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on multiple touch point.
- Formulate marketing strategies that include preparation of sales plans, product preference, pricing, payment systems, reward / commission for the sales / agent.
- Coordinate and evaluate the activities of the brand image enhancement through any media placement and exhibitions.
- Develop activities to establish business relations with the mass media and vendors related to promotion strategy.
- Coordinate sales force in approach process to existing & potential customers, in order to ensure optimal achievement of revenue.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Economics, or related major.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in promotion and sales area, preferably that of property with 3 years experience in similar position.
- Computer literacy (able to operate computer (MS Office).
- Having competencies effective communication skill Leadership skill, promotion skill, Analytical Thinking.
- Able to work well in a team environment and tight schedule.
- Willing to be placed in Rancamaya, Bogor.
