Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- Age between 25 – 45 years old.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales or Marketing Manager and must be in Property industry.
- Experienced in handling Residential / Landed projects or Apartment.
- Result oriented and able to lead a dynamic sales and marketing team.
- Has great understanding in JABODETABEK market.
- Fair understanding about digital marketing.
- Have Great Leadership and Communication Skills.
- Good people management skills, self-motivated, aggressive, with positive working attitude.
- Eager to learn New things.
- Willing to travel.
- Wiling to be placed JABODETABEK.
Job Description:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Achieves monthly and quarterly targets set by management and generate ideas for more sales.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Sustains good relationships with clients.
- Handling client’s questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Resolve customer complaint regarding service and process buying.
- Provide knowledge for customer related to products, availability, and also process buying.
- Report to General Manager or Director
