We are hiring for our property client, focusing on residential / Real Estate projects. Here are the specifics:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Organizing A Strategic Sales Plan and Pay Attention Resources On Sales Team.
2. Monitoring the Activities of the Sales Team.
3. Provide Analysis of Sales Activities Reporting to General Manager.
4. To Manage Existing Customers Relationship and Upkeep Good Relationship
5. Make an annual budget to Support Teams Work Together”
6. Plan and propose a budget for Sales Program

REQUIREMENTS :

1. The maximum age is 45 years old.
2. The expected educational background is a master’s degree in business or marketing.
3. Experienced as Sales Manager  / Marketing Manager of Residential / Real Estate Project Developer.
4. English is a Must, Plus Mandarin is Better.
5. Good Communication skills
6. Must have related experience and must be from the same industry (Real Estate / Landed Residential)
