REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Key Account or Sales field preferably in FMCG industry
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
4. Have SIM A & SIM C
5. Strong ability to work in a performance driven environment for achieving KPI’s
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office to prepare monthly and annual sales report
7. Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage & develop strategic key outlet channel to achieve sales target & profitability
2. Negotiate contacts, pricing, trading term, and terms of service with potential key outlet channel
3. Collaborate with cross functional divisions including marketing, PPIC to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
4. Manage distributor stock, sell in and sell out to achieve the sales target
5. Implement and Evaluate Promotion and Event which planned by HQ
6. Managing the Brand Advisor / SPG to create the good touch point to potential consumer
