REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, and preferably willing to be placed in any city.
– Min. 1 year experience in adult training or sales supervisor, and preferably from financial, banking, insurance, or related industry.
– Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs both online and offline
– Proficiency in basic Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, animation, cropping, etc.).
– Familiar with basic Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
– Willingness to work in office and field.
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Developing and implementing training programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders using various methods to enhance their skills and knowledge.
– Collaborating with Sales Network leaders to ensure that ALDI partners are well-informed about HCID products and processes.
– Monitoring area Sales Network KPI performance and working with Sales Network leaders to develop programs for Sales Agents and District Managers.
– Promoting self-learning through learning management system for Sales Network members.
– Supporting the implementation of company initiatives at the area level.
