Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years experience ad Leasing Supervisor
- Preferably experienced at Shopping Centre/Mall
- Have good networking with Tenants
- Have good communication, Leadership, and Negotiaton skills
- Target and detail oriented
Job Description:
- Responsible for search, selection, and negotiation of new tenants
- Establishing relationships with existing tenants
- Monitoring of rental agreements and payments of existing tenants as well as administration of tenant documents
- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
