Job description:
- Supporting operation/business team on muffling internal/external (non-fraud) disruption as well as coordination to local authorities on a curative and/or preventive basis.
- Monitoring driver traffic accidents and supporting relevant teams on handling the accident impact.
- Maintaining relationships with related local authorities and community in order to grab the grass root issues
Requirement:
- Having experience (>2 years) on handling hard complaints/customer dispute/driver issues with a proven track record
- Preferably coming from logistics or e-commerce background
- Experienced in data analytics with good problem solving & analytical skills
- Strong skill on maintaining community and local authorities relationships
- Good communication, negotiating skills & easy to adapt to new environment
- Willing to be placement in Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat & willing to work mobile
