Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Hiring Several Store Operation Supervisors, domiciled in the areas :

1. West Java

2. Central Java – Kalimantan

3. East Java – Eastern Indonesia

4. Sumatra

5. Jakarta

Responsibility  :

1. Develop business strategies according to each store area

2. Lead, motivate, train, guide and supervise Leader and Sales Promotion to each store area

3. Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction.

4. Analyze and report sales trends and customer need.

5. Control the design of the store layout and appearance.

Qualification  :

1. Minimum 2 years work experience as a Store Supervisor Retail Fashion

2. Ability to lead and manage staff

3. Skill in customer management, including being able to understand and fulfill.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skill.

5. Have a strong oriented.
