Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 year in field Construction especially factory, manufacturing and warehouse project.
- Experience in AUTOCAD and Project Management System
- Experience in controlling and making report of project schedule, project budget and shop drawing
- Experience in supervising and controlling construction work to ensure the requirement of quality, budget and timeliness
- Experience in regularly review and analyze the project expenditure
- Good communication in English both oral or written
- Willing to work in based on project (West Java)
 
Job Descriptions :
- Controlling and making report of Project schedule, Project budget and Shop drawing
- Control Project progress 
- Contribute to project performance.
- Making good relation in order to fill owner request.
- Supervising and controlling construction work, including lead the engagement team to ensure that it meets the requirement of quality, budget and timeliness.
- Maintaining regular liason with customer, subcontractor and supplier to ensure that the service meets the customer requirements.
- Regularly review and analyze the project expenditure as a feedback to deliver the service in the most cost effective manner.
- Responsible for safety and health in the scope of works.
