Summary
VONG Kitchen is a concept by one of New York’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and his son, Cedric Vongerichten. Featuring a vibrant night bar, the restaurant attracts a mix of celebrities, socialites, and movers and shakers from the business world, while serving Cedric Vongerichten’s seasonal and signature dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Hidden behind lush greenery, the terrace offers a serene seating area. This oasis features a magnificent lounge reminiscent of the world’s most luxurious outdoor patios.
QualificationAs a Sommelier, you are responsible for the development and management of the entire Wine Program for the assigned restaurants. You are expected to dedicate your time, effort, and attention to offering a wine selection that, in both quality and presentation, reflects the vision and brand personality of the restaurants. A strong personality and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with team members and guests who may have varying levels of wine knowledge. Additionally, you must be able to effectively promote and grow the Wine Program within the restaurants.
