- Research, conduct, and document compliance reviews
- Effectively communicate key ethical principles and company compliance regulations
- Design or update internal policies to mitigate the risk of violations of law and regulations by the company and lead internal audits of procedures
- Respond to potential serious compliance issues and violations, or work with management on how to appropriately respond to potential compliance violations
- Arrange regular training sessions for employees to communicate key regulatory changes and updates. This is important in an increasingly stringent regulatory environment where change is constant
