WE ARE HIRING – PURCHASING STAFF
Qualifications :
– Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Management, or related fields)
– At least 1 year of experience in purchasing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
– Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendors
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
– Able to work under pressure with a high level of initiative
– Familiar with purchasing processes, Purchase Orders (PO), and purchasing administration
– Understanding of logistics and supply chain flow is a plus
Responsibilities :
– Handle the procurement of goods and services based on company needs
– Source and evaluate potential vendors/suppliers
– Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms
– Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
– Ensure timely delivery and follow-up with suppliers
– Maintain good relationships with vendors
