STAFF Finance
Responsibility :
- Responsible to do finance daily administration task
- Maintain cashflow, logbook of bank and petty cash
- Responsible for invoicing, AR and AP datas
- Follow up on collection of receivables and debt payments
- Responsible for every company process to external and internal by following the procedure
- Perform financial analysis and make the necessary reports related
- Responsible to make debit note for supplier
- LC correspondence and administrative transactions with the Bank in Singapore
Requirment :
- Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance/ Financial Management (min. IPK 3.2)
- Fresh Graduate are welcome, 2 years experience in Financing & Accounting will be an advantage
- Having knowledge about journal and bank reconciliation
- English proficiency (oral/written) is advantage
- Netsuit and Oracle knowledge is preferable
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel (expert)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in numeracy, integrity and analytical skill
- Honest, Good personality, Initiative, Accurate, have attention to detail
- Highly organized, detail and discipline oriented
- Able in work in a team and under tight schedules
