Qualification :
- Maximum age: 28 years
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience as a Civil Engineer or Project Officer
- Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
- Skilled in planning and executing work, including preparing documents such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Gantt charts for new plant expansion projects
- Strong initiative and analytical thinking abilities
- Knowledgeable in problem-solving methodologies.
Responsbility :
- Fixed Asset Register, Maintenance, and Services
Manage the registration of fixed assets, ensure regular maintenance, and coordinate necessary services to support asset operations. - Building Maintenance
Ensure the maintenance and repair of buildings according to established standards to maintain the condition and comfort of facilities. - Infrastructure and Facility Management
Oversee infrastructure and facility management to ensure that facilities operate optimally and efficiently. - Supervise the Orderliness of Office Administration and Facilities
Supervise office administration organization and facility upkeep to support smooth daily operations. - Coordinating with Internal Departments and Third Parties for Building and Construction Projects
Coordinate with internal departments and third parties for building construction and development projects, including new factory construction. - Vendor Management and External Coordination According to Company Agreements and Service Requirements
Manage vendors and coordinate with external parties per company agreements and facility service requirements. - Handle SAP Program
Operate the SAP program for asset, facility, and infrastructure data recording, reporting, and management. - Security and Vehicle Control
Oversee security operations to maintain a safe work environment and monitor the operation and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure availability and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
