Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Maximum age 35 years old

2. Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related field
3. At least 2 years working experience at the same position (FMCG company based are preferred)
4. Deep understanding in all aspects of HR (Recruitment, Compensation &amp Benefit, and People Development)

5. Having deep knowledge about Indonesia’s Labour Law &amp Regulation

6. Willing to be located in Majalengka, West Java
