Responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance planning and budgeting within the organization. Developing and implementing maintenance plans, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and monitoring budget performance to meet maintenance objectives effectively. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in maintenance management, project management, or budgeting can be advantageous
   
2. Proficient understanding of maintenance planning principles, techniques, and best practices 
3. Ability to analyze equipment performance data, predict maintenance needs, and develop comprehensive maintenance schedules 
4. Familiarity with budgeting principles and practices, including cost estimation, forecasting, and variance analysis 
5. Experience in cost control measures, optimizing maintenance expenditures while ensuring equipment reliability and safety 
6. Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of maintenance management software systems
7. Ability to identify trends, assess performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize maintenance planning processes and resource allocation
