Drafting and coordinating with parties related to the creation of contracts and contracts that have been running to ensure implementation by the applicable agreements, conducting periodic controls to regulate duration, LOI, and administrative matters offline and online system so that it is easy to understand and stored in sequence and neatly, especially for contracts at the location of each site.

• Bachelor in mine engineering/finance/accounting/law.
• Min. 3 years experience in mining, 2 years as contract mining specialist.
• Understand the principle of Win-win contract, Actual Implementation vs Contract,and Cost Control.
