Requirements:
1. Under the age of 45, college degree or above, major in aquaculture and biotechnology
2. More than 3 years of working experience in Shrimp Feed Area Sales Manager / aquafeed Area Sales Manager is preferred, and those with excellent customer resources or capabilities can relax the conditions
3. Good character, strong team spirit and good pressure resistance
4. Possess theoretical, practical, data integration and analysis capabilities, and the ability to organize and promote projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales team formation and marketing technical training in Java and the outer islands
2. Responsible for the planning, development, maintenance and management of the company’s business channels in Java and the outer islands
3. Formulate the sales plan for Java Island and the outer islands, and do a good job in the decomposition and completion of regional indicators
