Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct daily briefings with technicians to ensure daily work planning, job pending, readiness of repair equipment, and refreshing daily work targets according to EMC that must be achieved      
- Monitoring technicians in carrying out repair services to customers and support if there are problems during the process of repairing goods at the customer      
- Periodically make visits to ASC to maintain good relations and share related obstacles faced      
- Monitoring the availability of spare parts stock in both DSC and ASC to ensure readiness if there is a need at any time      
- Analyzing spare parts needs for a period of one month      
- Monitoring the progress of achieving daily targets according to EMC and ensuring that each technician can reach the target according to plan
- Conduct periodic visits to dealers to maintain good relations and customer/dealer satisfaction with products      
- Conduct surveys regarding customer satisfaction at the dealer      
- Make a daily report to the HO which includes: LTP, STAT, complete job, productivity, technician arrangements, spare parts control, 24 Hour MOT, etc.   
- Submit a trade in proposal or spare part substitution to the HO if the appropriate spare part is no longer available

- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
