As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the whole operation process, which also include warehouse, inventory/material control, logistics, and executing projects for the purpose of growing the business.

Description
- Plan, organize and oversee the overall operation of the region including warehouse, Inventory / Material Control, Planning, Logistics, and team development.
- Determine space requirement for storage and economical utilization of both raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper and working inventory level for each SKU in the raw material and finished goods.
- Manage Logistics projects with internal & external partners (New, Expansion & Extension)
- Ensure good coordination and communication in facility and with other function as well.
- Create an effective production planning to meet customer orders on time.
- Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect delivery and services considering of cost efficiency.
- Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate operations and enhance efficiency
- Assist operations team to keep performance and meet target.
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or a logistics related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with track record in management level.
- Knowledgeable about warehouse, logistics, demand/supply/production planning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred).
- Hands-on, flexible and is a team player.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
