Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK/D3 in Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Good understanding about Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing
- Willing to work shift
- Able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills preferred
- Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi
Job Descriptions:
- Supervise the work carried out by fit-out contractors or maintenance contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Respond to complaints and requests from other departments or tenants
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on building utilities and infrastructure in compliance with established procedures and timelines
- Execute infrastructure condition checklists to assess the state of building components
