Requirements:
- Minimum Vocational High School/Associate Degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Good understanding about Mechanical and Electrical
- Willing to work shift
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor and control technical systems to ensure it meets the mall’s operational needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to optimize system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall operational goals
- Repairing building equipment to ensures it functions according to the equipment standards
- Installing new installation or equipment as requested or needed
- Requesting spare parts or materials and retrieving them from the GA warehouse
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition
