Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description :
1. Performance appraisal and people development evaluation.
2. Design, develop, organize, and facilitate training programs for employees.
3. Develop learning curriculum and manage program management trainee (training calendars, facilitators, and invitation)
4. Measures and evaluate the impact of available learning programs and propose improvement initiatives
5. Improving the end-to-end employee journey/ life cycle starts from attraction until off boarding
6. Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate all culture & engagement programs
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree 
2. Has a good self & team leadership
3. Have a minimum 5 years of experience in Cultur & Learning & Development 
4. Passionate on people development & learning initiatives, including leadership development programs
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Excellent knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training impact
