Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of Diploma-3 of Engineering, Furniture, Wood Working, or with similar majors.
- Have a minimum 10 years’ experience in solid Wood Furniture production.
- Have a deep knowledge of teak, oak, and mahogany wood.
- Have a commitment, integrity, and strong leadership.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Have a good analytical skill, communicative, creative, and initiative.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Have ability to oversee and guide the production process to deliver the furniture on time and in good condition.
- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
